NON-CONTACT HF IGNITION
Non-contact high-frequency ignition in TIG mode provides a smoother start when welding.
Pre-start of the gas flow
This is the time that elapses from when you press the burner button until the electric arc is ignited. During this process, the solenoid valve opens and the released gas pushes the oxygen out of the gas lines, thus forming a protective atmosphere for the arc.
START CURRENT
The value of the output current for the arc start output. This current can be adjusted as needed. For precision welding, it is recommended to start with reduced power, weld evenly and eventually adjust the current accordingly.
CURRENT RISE TIME
The time it takes for the output power to rise to the selected current level.
WELDING CURRENT
CURRENT DECREASE
TIME The time it takes for the output welding current to decrease to that of the terminal current.
FINAL CURRENT
The value of the output current is adjusted just before the end of welding. This prevents a small crater from forming at the end of the weld joint.
GAS AFTER-FLOW TIME
The time after the weld is complete during which gas continues to flow from the torch. This cools the burner and protects the weld from oxidation and overheating.
PULSE
This function reduces the heat to the material. It is mainly suitable for welding thin sheets.
PULSE FREQUENCY
The frequency of the impulses sent out in the pulse mode.
IMPULSE CURRENT.
The maximum value of the electric current in pulse mode.
BASE CURRENT
The current that maintains the arc in pulse mode.
POWER FACTOR CORRECTION
This is the percentage difference between the positive and negative direction of the current during a welding period. This function makes it possible to control the width of the weld joint and the depth of penetration.
CLEAN SCOPE – AC CURRENT BALANCE PARAMETER
This is the percentage difference between the positive and negative value of the welding current over a period.
2-STROKE
By pressing the burner button, the solenoid valve opens which allows the gas to flow in. The gas pre-flow ignites the arc at the preset current. When the torch button is released, the current is increased to the preset welding current. The welding process is interrupted when you press the torch button again.
4-STROKE
By pressing the burner button, the solenoid valve opens which allows the gas to flow in. The gas pre-flow ignites the arc at the preset current. When the torch button is released, the current is increased to the preset welding current. The welding process is interrupted when you press the torch button again.
TIG FUNCTION
A welding method where the arc is maintained by an electric current from a constant electrode. The arc is protected from the access of air by an inert gas.
MMA WELD
Welding with coated electrode.
HOT START
Welding function that uses higher welding current when welding is started. After the period of warm start, the current drops to normal level. With this function, the welding joint is immediately and optimally heated at the starting point so that the electrode does not stick and ensures stable and clean welding results from the first moment.
2T / 4T SELECTOR
Easily switch between 2-stroke and 4-stroke with a rocker switch.
TIG AC/DC SELECTOR
TIG can be made as AC (alternating current) or DC (direct current).
PULSE SELECTOR
Selector to switch the pulse function on and off.
SWITCHING BETWEEN THE WELDING METHODS
By using the toggle button, you can select the welding method.
DISPLAY
Shows parameters for welding or cutting
OVERHEATING/FAULT INDICATOR
An LED indicates overheating or failure.
